Welcome to Bridport Bowling Club

We are a thriving outdoor bowls club in beautiful West Dorset, less than two miles from the Sea. The club is within a 5 minute walk of the bustling town centre of Bridport with its extensive range of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, and thriving Wednesday and Saturday markets.

The club competes in a number of county leagues and national competitions, as well as having a comprehensive schedule of club games, club competitions and friendly games against other local clubs and touring sides.

For touring sides Bridport Bowls club provides an excellent venue, with a maximum of eight rinks and a large clubhouse with bar and full kitchen. With shops and entertainment within easy walking distance there is also lots for non-bowlers to do.

New members, whether with bowling experience or new to the game, are always welcome. We can provide all the help and assistance you may need to enjoy sociable and fun sport of bowls. For more information about joining the club please email
